Job Summary
The Day Reporting Center (DRC) Treatment Coordinator reports to the Director of Correctional Services and the Community Corrections Program Manager. Job duties with this position include alcohol and drug treatment for offenders who meet Day Reporting Center qualifications. The DRC Treatment Coordinator will conduct Addiction Severity Index (ASI)/American Society of Addition Medicine (ASAM) assessments on offenders sentenced to the Day Reporting Center. The DRC Treatment Coordinator will oversee all treatment classes within the DRC.
Job Type: Part-time Contract (20 hours a week)
Job Responsibilities
Counsels offenders relating to alcohol and drug treatment and mental health. Evaluates offender progress of accomplished contract objectives; recommends measurable standards to correct identified problems and deficiencies. Prepares, maintains and documents required reporting and records management. Attends and participates in staff meetings, team meetings, conferences and in-service training. Instructs and participates in training activities for offenders. Develops treatment placement options for offenders. Maintains interaction with criminal justice system and other agencies to coordinate and identify applicable resources. Performs related job duties as required.
Qualifications
Master’s Degree and clinical designation of the following:
LPC MHSP, LCSW, LPE, LSPE, or Psychologist
Licensed through the State of Tennessee
A valid Driver’s License and Automobile Liability Insurance.
