Job Summary
This position is responsible for answering calls in a multi-county public transportation system. Responsibilities include answering these calls in a timely and professional manner while entering accurate and complete trip data into the Route Match software, processing real time client and driver feedback regarding pickups and deliveries in a manner that enables
Mid-Cumberland to provide quality customer service is necessary, communicating with Lead Drivers to produce an efficient, doable schedule in a timely manner.
The Transportation Director evaluates Job performance. Full benefits, 40 hrs/week. EOE
Job Responsibilities
Professional phone etiquette, attention to detail, strong customer service and organizational skills are required. The ability to make logical decisions regarding customer service, operational procedures, and policies of the agency is a must. Processing real time client and driver feedback regarding pickups and deliveries in a manner that enables Mid-Cumberland to provide quality customer service is necessary.
Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience to perform necessary functions of the job.
Good computer and customer service skills.
Pass Pre-employment drug screen and background check.
