Job Summary
Position Overview
The Restore Case Manager & Administrative Support position plays a vital role in building, guiding, and supporting the Restore Program at the Nashville Anti Human Trafficking Coalition (NAHT). This individual must be respectful, compassionate, and aligned with NAHT’s mission to serve women coming out of human trafficking and addiction with excellence and Christ-centered care.
This position provides a powerful opportunity to engage with the women we serve through trauma-informed case management, class facilitation, and ongoing encouragement. The role also includes administrative duties to support program flow, materials, scheduling, and communication. The Case Manager will help ensure members are progressing through the 5-level Restore Program with clarity, structure, and spiritual support, while maintaining high standards of care and accountability.

Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Case Management Duties
- Complete new member intakes, develop SMART goals, and create individualized treatment plans.
- Schedule and conduct monthly case management meetings; maintain accurate and confidential member files.
- Collaborate with Restore team members to monitor progress and document Level Up eligibility.
- Review files and class engagement monthly to evaluate readiness for class transitions and program advancement.
- Track measurable outcomes and maintain the Restore Member Tracking Spreadsheet.
- Train Restore support staff on Apricot database usage and ensure service records are up to date.
Class Facilitation & Member Support
- Facilitate Restore Program classes; develop and maintain trauma-informed curriculum.
- Coordinate with the Program Support team to ensure all class materials and supplies are prepared and available.
- Co-lead Spiritual Vibrancy classes and maintain accurate class notes and attendance records in Apricot.
- Build healthy rapport with members to foster trust and encourage personal and spiritual growth.
- Identify member concerns and communicate them appropriately to NAHT leadership.
Administrative Support Duties
- Manage department correspondence, class rosters, and materials using Microsoft Office and NAHT’s database systems.
- Oversee class supply inventory and submit orders for necessary materials.
- Support updates to internal department documents and the Restore section of the NAHT website (with IT team).
- Coordinate volunteer communication, training materials, and hour tracking within Apricot.
- Assist with department reporting, special projects, and event preparation.
- Participate actively in weekly staff meetings, daily staff group texts, and devotional times.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a mental health or related human services field preferred.
- Experience working with survivors of addiction, sexual trauma, or in a trauma-informed setting.
- Case management or peer support certification is a plus.
- Skilled in facilitating group sessions and building therapeutic rapport.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A heart for Christ-centered service and a desire to work collaboratively in a mission-driven environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Active involvement in a local church or willingness to become involved upon relocating.
