Job Summary

Position: Facilities Manager

Hours: 30-40 per week, including Sundays

Compensation: DOE

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain building use calendar and access schedules, including key distribution
  • Update security systems, virtual access, and cameras
  • Foster positive relationships with users, vendors, and congregation
  • Collaborate with users to address issues, repair needs, and contracts
  • Manage property vendors and maintenance scheduling
  • Handle fire, safety, and code inspections, coordinating with vendors
  • Work with the Property Committee on repairs, budgets, and projects
  • Coordinate safety procedures, training, and supplies
  • Supervise approved repairs and verify invoices
  • Maintain liability insurance and address related matters
  • Coordinate weddings, staffing, and payments
  • Manage janitorial supplies and staff
  • Provide occasional administrative support
  • Assist during Sunday activities and events
  • Attend weekly staff and property committee meetings

Qualifications

  • Independently manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Organize and prioritize effectively
  • Flexible schedule availability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and basic AV equipment
