We are going to be trying an AI note taker at our Board meeting next week for the first time. I have never used one, but I have especially noticed Otter and Fireflies to be popular in other meetings I attend. Which have you used and do you like? Right now, we’re just envisioning using it at our quarterly Board meetings, which are about an hour each.

Amy, I have just started using the Zoom AI Assistant, though I am curious to hear about other options as well. I have heard Circleback is a great option. Here is an article that may help: https://zapier.com/blog/best-ai-meeting-assistant/

Thanks for the recommendation! I’m trying out Fireflies.ai tonight and will try another one if it doesn’t work out. Being able to do more than 30 minute meetings for the free plan is a perk. If I think we may only use it once a quarter for an hour at a time, a free plan would be great. I’m so glad to have a longer list, though!
