Job Summary

Hey there! I’m looking for a mission-driven, detail-loving rockstar to join our YMCA of Middle TN team as a Program Operations Coordinator. Partner with the Operations Department to support consistent program design and implementation with measurable impact.

Job Responsibilities

  • Analyze program trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and present insights to Senior Leadership and the Division of Sponsored Programs.
  • Work with staff to develop systems for high-quality program implementation and performance management.
  • Use tools such as logic models to facilitate program maintenance and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with program teams to adapt, design, and refine programs based on research and proven effectiveness.
  • Ensure programs follow best practices, including defining inputs, outputs, outcomes, and measurement/evaluation methods
  • Support planning and execution of special projects related to program quality.

Assist in proposal development and reporting in collaboration with the Division of Sponsored Programs.

  • Monitor grant-funded programs, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements and data collection processes.
  • Assist in responding to audits or inquiries regarding grants, contracts, or other sponsored programs.

In this Full-time, weekday role (Monday–Friday, traditional office hours), you’ll help design, implement, and evaluate programs that serve our communities in meaningful ways. You’ll also help ensure our programs meet best-practice standards and deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Minimum age: 21
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 1 year of project management experience OR an unrelated degree with 2 years of experience OR a high school diploma with 4 years of experience
  • Certification: Completion of New Hire Orientation before your first shift
  • Experience: Program or project management background preferred
