Noah Spiegel

Noah E. Spiegel is a nonprofit leader, arts advocate and executive who brings a twenty-five year track record of leadership and results to each client’s project. His depth of knowledge in human capital strategies to strengthen mission-based outcomes has returned dividends for nonprofits of multiple sizes and fields. With a focus on people first and leading teams by building shared vision, Noah combines his real-world experience to analyze systems, design and deliver process change, human resource engagement, and organizational alignment across multiple units within an agency. A leader in community engagement strategies, Noah’s work has brought together like-minded agencies to deliver compelling civic enrichment programs with results beyond the scope of one agency working on its own. Having begun his career as a theatrical stage manager, progressing to leading teams, departments and finally institutions, Noah understands how to deliver bottom-line results and mission impact. His expertise includes work on strategic planning, board development, and system change analysis. He has led implementation for arts groups, social service agencies, in addition to building volunteer corps to support mission focused outcomes at chambers of commerce, grass roots advocacy groups, and on public policy related to legislative action. As a speaker and facilitator, Noah has led leadership and organizational development sessions on generational diversity, visioning for agency growth, cultural curiosity and competency, revenue development and alignment strategies, among others. In addition to working with private clients, Noah is delighted to support the impactful work of nonprofits across Nashville through his affiliation with Center for Nonprofit Management.
