Frank Parsons

Frank brings more than 35 years of corporate management and leadership experience to CNM. A seasoned executive recruiter, he has completed over 200 assignments in the nonprofit and private sectors. Frank has also helped numerous nonprofit organizations with capacity building, human resource management, leadership development, strategic planning and executive search. In the private sector, Frank has extensive experience in executive coaching in a wide range of industries, including nonprofits, electronic, broadcasting, manufacturing, automotive, newspaper, government and financial services. This understanding of senior level executives and the inner workings of large and small organizations is invaluable as a CNM consultant. Frank joined the Center for Nonprofit Management in 1995, assisting local not-for-profit organizations with leadership selection and development compensation plan design and strategic planning. He is a graduate of the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
