Job Summary
Location: Remote with occasional in-person meetings (Nashville, TN preferred)
Commitment: 2-year term, approx. 5-10 hours per month
Compensation: Volunteer (unpaid)
AtoZ Learning Club, a nonprofit dedicated to fostering literacy and educational equity for marginalized Black and Brown boys, is seeking a Finance Board Member to help oversee our financial health and sustainability. If you have experience in finance, accounting, budgeting, or nonprofit financial management, we need your expertise!

Job Responsibilities
- Provide financial oversight, including reviewing budgets, financial statements, and funding strategies.
- Assist with financial planning, reporting, and compliance.
- Support fundraising initiatives and grant management.
- Collaborate with the Executive Director and Board to ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Attend quarterly board meetings and participate in committee work as needed.
Qualifications
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in finance, accounting, banking, or nonprofit financial management.
- Passion for literacy, education, and equity in underserved communities.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to provide strategic financial advice.
- Prior nonprofit or board experience is a plus, but not required
