Job Summary

Provide treatment services for participants of the 21st District Recovery Court program.

Job Responsibilities

• Interview and assess all eligible Recovery Court applicants in a timely manner, present findings to the Recovery Court Team and make recommendations for treatment/level of care.
• Prepare and maintain a separate treatment file for each participant to be kept at the Recovery Court office.
• Meet with incarcerated participants as needed and as possible for treatment planning and counseling purposes.
• Conduct intake interviews with participants who have been released into the outpatient treatment program as soon as possible. Make resource referrals as needed. 
• Develop an individualized treatment plan with/for each participant, to include (but not be limited to) weekly group sessions
• Coordinate and implement treatment curriculum for specialized group and individual sessions as appropriate.    
• Attend Recovery Court staff meetings, Recovery Court Team meetings and Recovery Court sessions weekly.
• Adhere to all Confidentiality laws and requirements as it relates to the 21^st District Recovery Court.
• Participate in education and training programs.
• Provide supervision to student interns
• Facilitate treatment groups and coordinate community involvement activities with input from the Recovery Court Director.
• Any and all Internships or additional treatment providers will be approved by the Recovery Court Coordinator.

Qualifications

LMSW, LPC, LCSW  or Masters in Behavioral Health or related field as well as a current licensure with the State of Tennessee as a LSMW, LPC or LCSW
