Job Responsibilities

You are an independent, responsible, and compassionate leader

You are strong in your faith. You understand that ultimate healing comes from a life lived for Christ in obedience to His word, and in light of this, you lead from a biblical worldview. You are self-motivated and do not require constant supervision. In fact, you enjoy working independently. You are willing to take initiative and do what needs to be done. You have a can-do, will-do attitude.

You are empathetic, intuitive, and have strong boundaries

You can read behavior, pick up on cues, and address issues using gentle, loving, and direct methods. Your desire is to see participants live up to their full potential. You have the ability to think and act decisively with purpose and integrity. You pay attention to details.

You are flexible, whether it’s teaching a class or coaching one-on-one

You enjoy teaching, coaching, and counseling women in recovery. You are willing to meet a person where they are and hold them accountable. You are comfortable working one-on-one in developing a budget, goals, coping strategies, and an exit plan. You can easily shift gears to daily crisis counseling when the need arises. You have a heart to see people grow and transition into the life God has planned for them.

You have strong administrative and organization skills

You are also organized and able to maintain documentation for assigned caseload of participants. The right person is someone that can think about the big picture while serving the needs of program participants directly.
