Job Summary
Position will provide outpatient therapy while maintaining good clinical judgement.
Job Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Documentation Care plans reviewed and updated
- Progress notes completed within current agency guidelines
- Responds to supervisory request for urgent care situations and coverage for vacant caseloads
- Includes telephones and face to face intervention
- Keeps administrative supervisor informed of all potential issues that could impact the program or the organization
- Responds to needs of consumers in a timely and professional manner
- Demonstrates good clinical judgment in decision making regarding consumers
- Meets or exceeds targeted percent (100%) of productivity for the fiscal year
Qualifications
Requirements:
- This position requires a Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Mental Health, or related field.
- Additional compensation is considered for license, but is not required.
