Job Summary

Administers and maintains all aspects of the organization’s non-division specific applications; Administers, maintains and supports all cloud-based meeting software and prepares training materials and documentation on assigned software.

Job Responsibilities

  • Administers and maintains user access for agency-wide cloud-based systems.
  • Administers, maintains, troubleshoots and supports all cloud-based meeting software.
  • Installs and upgrades necessary software on user machines as required and with the direction of the Systems Support Manager; performs configuration changes as necessary and records procedures and other information where pertinent for all software system for which they are primarily responsible. 
  • Develops strategy to inform key stakeholders of agency-wide system changes or upgrades; prepares training materials and documentation on all software for which the position is responsible
  • May research new applications and software that are requested for compatibility with THDA software and hardware.
  • Provides advanced technical assistance to organization employees on systems, including remote users, telecommuters, and vendors; works with appropriate IT personnel to troubleshoot application-specific software problems

Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited two-year college or technical institute with a major in data processing, computer science, or other related acceptable field.
  • One year of systems administration experience in an enterprise environment.
  • At least one year experience in administering cloud systems is a plus.
