Job Summary

Coordinates and provides technical assistance to the Director over a variety of internal and external lender delivery systems. Provides detailed support for the implementation of the lender counterparty oversight system, compliance to THDA lender applications / renewals and the marketplace access system to integrate daily THDA program information globally to the mortgage industry.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handles support tasks, independently initiates and implements processes to manage projects and information for the division.
  • Has a strong knowledge of daily reporting requirements of loan production and will provide reporting support to the Chief Operating Officer of Single Family Programs, Director of Loan Operations, THDA’s financial advisors, the SF Program Development Coordinator and the division.
  • Assists in the implementation of the marketplace access system to integrate lenders and to provide the program information into the system daily
  • Coordinates and prepares all documents and participates in all activities for the Housing Industry Advisory Board and Housing Education Advisory Board.
  • Utilizing the counterparty oversight system to provide evidence of lender eligibility for program participation and recertification.
  • Implements and manages process for lender application or recertification for existing lenders; including but not limited to maintaining accurate lender information, coordinating communication with lender’s executive team and THDA internal accounting, IT and internal audit divisions as necessary
  • Maintains accuracy of program guides for all mortgage programs and the homebuyer education program.
  • Maintains accuracy of all website information relative to mortgage programs and Homebuyer Education information.
  • Creates presentation materials for external training events associated with mortgage programs
  • Coordinates and executes scheduling and communication on behalf of the Director of Single Family Loan Operations; which may include event planning and coordinating travel
  • Creates, and distributes Windows to Homeownership newsletter.
  • Manages and maintains distribution list for Single Family Constant Contact.
  • Coordinates various activities for the Chief Operations Officer as needed.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent GED.
  • Three years of successful, full-time employment in a business office environment, preferably a lending institution, with a high level of public interaction.
  • Microsoft Certifications  for business applications; Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
