Job Summary

The Restore Coordinator plays a vital leadership and support role within the Nashville Anti-Human Trafficking Coalition’s Restore Department—a trauma-informed, Christ-centered program that walks survivors of trafficking and addiction into healing and new life.

This position will serve as the operational backbone of Restore, ensuring that the department runs smoothly by overseeing daily logistics, managing staff, coordinating classes and events, tracking member progress, and upholding the excellence and mission of NAHT. The Restore Coordinator will supervise case managers and facilitators, support team communication, and ensure our members experience holistic, well-structured care throughout their journey.

The Nashville Anti-Human Trafficking Coalition (NAHT) is a Christ-centered nonprofit organization committed to rescuing, restoring, recognizing, and resourcing women and children impacted by human trafficking and addiction. Through our Restore Program, we walk survivors into freedom using a trauma-informed, spiritually grounded 5-level model, offering community, classes, discipleship, therapy, and job opportunities through our Sweet Daisy social enterprise.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Staff Supervision & Program Support

  • Provide direct oversight to Restore case managers and class facilitators, offering weekly check-ins, support, and accountability.
  • Assist with training, onboarding, and development of Restore staff in trauma-informed and spiritually grounded practices.
  • Support team culture rooted in hope, excellence, and Holy Spirit leadership.

Restore Calendar & Class Coordination

  • Develop, maintain, and communicate the Restore class calendar, coordinating scheduling of facilitators, guest speakers, and curriculum.
  • Oversee class attendance, engagement, and reporting.
  • Ensure all Level-based classes (1–5) are running in alignment with the Restore model and schedule.

Administrative Oversight & Data Tracking

  • Manage member records, progress tracking, and level advancement in coordination with case managers.
  • Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI metrics, class participation, and program milestones for reporting purposes.
  • Ensure data is entered accurately into internal systems and ready for Development or Grant reporting.

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Support the Director of Restore with coordination, communication, and preparation for team meetings.
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, filing, follow-up communication, and internal reporting.
  • Assist in planning Restore graduations, events, and spiritual retreat days.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in program coordination, case management, or nonprofit operations (anti-trafficking, addiction recovery, or trauma-informed settings preferred).
  • Experience supervising staff and/or volunteers in a ministry or nonprofit setting.
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Word, Excel, Calendar, Drive).
  • Comfortable using or learning database systems for tracking (e.g., Apricot, Little Green Light, etc.).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to lead with compassion and clarity.
