Job Summary

The Customer Care Representative, using the systems and tools available, provides a great customer experience that is accurate, competent, friendly, and proactive for both prospective and existing customers. Uses problem-solving skills to determine the best course of action resulting in the most appropriate resolution for the customer; uses training to gain and communicate information about our customers’ needs and expectations.

The successful candidate must have excellent record-keeping, time management, and internal and external communication skills.

Job Responsibilities

  • The Customer Care Representative, using the systems and tools available, provides a great customer experience that is accurate, competent, friendly, and proactive for both prospective and existing customers.
  • Uses problem-solving skills to determine the best course of action resulting in the most appropriate resolution for the customer; uses training to gain and communicate information about our customers’ needs and expectations.
  • Respond to customer inquiries; become proficient in existing software systems and use those systems to assist customers by processing information quickly and efficiently identifying the problem and providing resolution. Gains a deep knowledge of the organization, products, and campaigns.
  • Uses knowledge and information gathered from conversations with customers to provide information and suggestions to supervisor regarding suggested Custer Service practices needed to be modified to improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

Education / Experience

  • High School diploma or GED, required
  • One year of call center or customer service experience (required).
