Job Summary
The position involves the management of in-home service personnel in Stewart, Houston, Humphreys, Dickson, Montgomery, Cheatham, and Robertson Counties and their visits to eligible participants. Duties include ensuring compliance with existing governing regulations as well as operational guidelines and policies/procedures. This position requires regional travel and some on-call responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities
The incumbent will be responsible for creating and maintaining good working relationships with clients, staff, and the community at large. The incumbent will be responsible for personnel recruitment, job assignment, performance evaluation, and discipline as needed. Additional responsibilities will include Quality Assurance, field assessments, reassessments, and service plans. The incumbent must possess significant organizational, interpersonal, and decision-making skills for successful job performance.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited four-year college/university with a degree in the fields of Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Work, Human Services, or a related program of study; OR any combination of education and experience to provide the necessary abilities and skills.
- Experience with employee management/oversight
- Possession of a valid Tennessee Driver’s License.
- Incumbents must maintain a minimum of $100,000 vehicle liability insurance.
- Successful completion of a Criminal Background check is required.
