- Receives incoming donations from customers and company trucks in an efficient and customer friendly manner. Supplies production associates with sorted items for processing. Bale clothing using baler and forklift for export overseas.

Job Summary
- Receives incoming donations from customers and company trucks in an efficient and customer friendly manner. Supplies production associates with sorted items for processing. Bale clothing for export overseas.
General Accountabilities
- Receive and evaluate quality of donated items
- Supply production associate with a steady flow of items to process
- Bale clothing items for shipment.
- Operate forklift, walk behind lift, or pallet jack as assigned.
- Maintain needed receiving supplies such as bailing wire
- Answers customer’s questions concerning donations and completes donation slips for customers as needed.
- Keeps record of donations including weights and customer donation receipts
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

Physical Demands
- Regularly required to stand

- Occasionally required to lift weights of 75 pounds or more
- Specific vision abilities required for this job include: close vision, distance vision, ability to adjust or focus
Qualifications
Skills
- Minimum Education: High School diploma/GED preferred
- Minimum Experience: 1 year preferred
- Forklift experience and certificatio
