Job Summary
Park Center is seeking an experienced property management professional to support our affordable, supportive housing program. Park Center serves single, unaccompanied adults (i.e., no partners or kids) living with a serious mental illness. Units are located in East Nashville, Inglewood, Madison, Germantown, and Donelson. This program currently supports up to 110 individual leases in 1, 2, and 3-bedroom units (multi-bedroom units are shared living).
Job Responsibilities
The Property Manager is responsible for processing applications, interviewing potential tenants, leasing, renewals, evictions, and coordinating unit turnover. This position will administer 30 Section 8 project-based vouchers and additional tenant-based vouchers, as well as a 14-unit HUD 811 project, including TRACS, EIV, and OneSite. The Property Manager is also responsible for assisting the Program Director with monthly reporting, property inspections, and coordinating property maintenance needs.
Qualifications
Successful experience with Property Management required
Experience with Mental Health preferred
