End Slavery TN

Job Summary

Project Manager

End Slavery Tennessee (ESTN)

ESTN was founded as a faith-based, not-for-profit organization. Adopted at its founding, the Mission, Vision and Values describe who we are and the beliefs which animate our actions. Compulsory agreement with the faith statement is not a condition of employment. We hire and appoint persons who are committed to our mission to promote healing of human trafficking survivors in an environment of faith and spirituality to restore hope and a lifetime of community. End Slavery Tennessee seeks to promote healing of human trafficking survivors and strategically confront human trafficking in our state. We are an agency focused on professional excellence. The work environment will focus around an inclusive team – all working towards the mission, value and vision of the organization.

End Slavery Tennessee is seeking a qualified person to serve the agency as the Survivor Restoration Campus Project Manager. The Project Manager will oversee and organize the building and renovation projects on ESTN’s new residential campus. This person will work with the senior management team to execute the vision of the phased capital project. The position will be responsible for seeking bids and proposals and managing the day-to-day construction projects. ESTN is in the midst of transformational change and the Project Manager will be responsible for leading the buildout of the new campus. A high standard of professional and ethical conduct, integrity and accountability is paramount.
