Job Summary
The Project Coordinator provides membership and administrative support to professional societies managed by Parthenon Management Group.
Job Responsibilities
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, include the following but are not limited to:
- Serves as office ambassador to members and others who contact PMG by phone, email or in person.
- Manages incoming and outgoing email and mail correspondence for CMSA.
- Answers designated phone for CMSA.
- Assists in maintaining membership database systems and dues collection.
- Works with membership database system support network to implement updates and changes to the system.
- Prepares and sends mailings to the membership.
- Pulls and tracks analytics for website and membership.
- Supports Meeting Sales & Partnership Manager with deliverable tracking and billing.
- Performs administrative duties and special projects.
- Maintains updates to the CMSA website.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is the minimum requirement.
- Skills to collaborate with and motivate board members and other volunteers.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Travel required.
- Mastery knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel.
