Based in Nashville, Tennessee, the nonprofit 501(c)(3) is seeking a part time teacher for Physical Science.
Job Responsibilities
Teacher, Physical Science
Students will learn about mechanics, heat, electricity, atomic structure, astronomy, and more. Instructor will meet with students one day a week and provide assignments for home days.
Class Meets: Tuesdays 11:30AM – 1:00 PM in Donelson, TN; follows a 31 week calendar
Class Recommended for Grades: 8,9
Qualifications
Experience: Understanding of middle school level science; Classroom experience and love of middle schoolers preferred; teaching certification not required
