Job Summary

The incumbent will be responsible for performing administrative and office support activities.  Duties will include but are not limited to accounting and administrative functions. 

Job Responsibilities

May include, but are not limited to ordering copy room supplies, fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors.  This position reports directly to the Finance Director.

The incumbent must possess:

  • Working knowledge of modern office practices, procedures and equipment
  • Basic computer skills

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid TN driver’s license
