Part Time Programming & Sales Contract Administrator

The Programming Contract Administrator will provide contract administrative support to the Venue Sales Manager and other Programming & Sales team members as needed. This position will be tasked with maintaining an awareness of industry trends and standards; review, submit, and track contracts and related materials to external clients; provide insights and recommendations as it relates to negotiations; and, offer advice, guidance and deal point summaries to internal departments.
The ideal candidate will have strong math skills, background/experience in contract review and processes, strong writing skills, and be familiar with the business side of the entertainment industry.
This team member will be responsible for tracking client contracts and compliance documentation, input of industry reporting details, assist with internal database management, and communication of deal points across multiple departments within the organization.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration; additional qualifications in law desired.
Knowledge of legal requirements involved with contracts
Familiarity with accounting procedures
Attention to detail, with ability to spot errors
Ability to work with varying seniority levels, including staff, managers and external partners.
