Job Summary
We are looking for our next highly energetic, positive team member at Grace Place. This position includes a little bit of everything involving transportation and operational needs for our families we serve, our office and classroom space, and the home our families live in throughout their program journey. Job Responsibilities
Facilitate all transportation scheduling with the assistance of the Program Coordinator and fulfill transportation needs for program guests.
Observe all program scheduling for guest mothers and children and volunteers, along with all program-related household operations, requirements, and needs.
Complete all delegated administrative functions relevant to transportation, household operations, and program related responsibilities.
Transport families to all necessary places during shift on a weekly basis including but not limited to childcare, employment, health related appointments, and other necessary errands.
Keep communication about transportation open with staff team by updating Google Calendar immediately with transportation plans.
Update transportation logs, monitor van service needs, and complete monthly transportation reports.
Conduct random drug screenings.
Disperse Medication.
Deep clean office weekly
Monitor all facility maintenance needs (examples include changing lightbulbs and paying attention to things that need repaired)
**There will be routine program and operational duties that are added when transportation schedule is less demanding due to the needs of families in our care.
Qualifications
**Must have clean background and driving record!
Must also be a team player with strong relational skills, strong emotional regulation, flexible personality, and have strong communication skills. Must have a compassionate heart and believe in the mission of Grace Place.
This position is for the following schedule:
Mondays from 4pm-9pm
Thursdays from 4pm-9pm
Fridays from 3pm-9pm
Saturdays from 9am-12pm
Sundays from 9am- 1pm
