Job Summary

The office manager shall be responsible for assisting with clerical duties. Duties will consist of answering phones, managing calendar, data dissemination, file management, clerical duties and other duties as deemed necessary. The office manager should exhibit initiative in activities related to the Coalition.  will report directly to the Coordinator of CCCEC. May require some weekend and evening work.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with researching free materials for resources.
  • Manage coalition social media accounts and activities.
  • Manage website and ensure all content is relevant.
  • Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail/digital mailing list
  • Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed
  • Maintaining files
  • Welcoming visitors to your office
  • Answering phone calls
  • Taking and delivering messages
  • Ensuring the office runs smoothly.
  • Scheduling meetings and sending meeting invites to attendees.
  • Assumes other job responsibilities as assigned by the Coordinator.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong Organizational skills

Proficient with Microsoft office suite

Takes initiative without direct supervision

Ability to communicate with people of varying levels

Some local travel-paid mileage

    Ability to lift 50 lbs
