Job Summary
The Office and Marketing Coordinator will contribute to the company’s overall social media communication and growth. As part of the cross-functional team, this position will also provide input into strategic planning and participate in building relationships with community partners. They will work with the Executive Director to make the office a premier resource for all aspects of the organization in accordance with the core values, mission, and vision of Begin Anew.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Administrative support – Perform complex administrative duties, including coordinating resources across corporate functions. Create and maintain presentations and spreadsheets. Compose correspondence with internal and external contacts. Assist the Executive Director, Program Director, and Development and Communications Director as needed.
Marketing Management – Maintain the organization’s social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube) using editing programs such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Spark.
Data Management – Manage reporting and maintenance for Salesforce and Donor Perfect databases.
Project Management – Lead multiple projects simultaneously for the Executive Director, Development Director, and Program Director. This requires exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Develop office processes to streamline workflow and organization awareness.
Event Coordinating – Plan functions as requested, including negotiation with outside vendors for services. This includes coordinating bi-annual student graduations, fundraisers, board meetings, and site visits.
Communications – Expert-level oral and written communication skills. Able to communicate with organization directions and peers. Interact professionally with clients, vendors, and visitors.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required with 3-5 years of experience.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, etc.) to accomplish daily business activities and facilitate communications. SalesForce and Donor Perfect experience preferred, but not required.

In addition, the office will be closed from December 26th through December 31st to allow employees time off with their families. Holidays that fall on weekends may be observed the previous Friday or the following Monday.
Each full-time employee is given twenty-two (22) days of paid time off each year starting January 1. New hires will be granted prorated PTO based on their start date and recorded in their job offer.
