Job Summary
The mission of the Nashville Promise Zone (NPZ) is to foster intensive partnerships among Nashville’s organizations that serve high-poverty neighborhoods, improve the collective impact of their service, and address revitalization in a collaborative way. This VISTA position will build the capacity of the NPZ by collaborating with organizations that address poverty with a focus on data collection and analysis. The Nashville Promise Zone VISTA Data Collection and Analysis Coordinator will manage community-level data analysis and coordinate partner outcome data collection and analysis working directly with key stakeholders within the Nashville Promise Zone. The Coordinator will work closely with the NPZ’s six implementation partners and MDHA staff. The VISTA member will also serve as a direct liaison to the Promise Zone’s data partner, Vanderbilt University.
Job Responsibilities
Member Duties: The Nashville Promise Zone VISTA Data Collection and Analysis Coordinator will manage community-level data analysis and coordinate partner outcome data collection and analysis working directly with key stakeholders within the Nashville Promise Zone. The Coordinator will work closely with the NPZ’s six implementation partners and MDHA staff. The VISTA members will also serve as a direct liaison to the Promise Zone’s data partner, Vanderbilt University.
Terms :
Permits attendance at school during off hours, Permits working at another job during off hours, Car recommended.

Qualifications
Well-versed in issues of affordable housing and/or interest and capacity to learn about affordable housing
Background in research and/or data collection
Skills :
