Job Summary
The Monitor will assist counselors and clients in non-clinical activities and is involved in client management as directed by Residential Program Director and/or Case Manager.
Job Responsibilities
Observes and monitors clients.
Monitors clients taking medications and documents medicatons taken.
Provides transportation services as needed.
Assists the clinical and other support staff in routine duties and maintains an awareness of the client’s personal needs while in treatment.
Communicates observations made orally, in emailed communication notes and shift in notes.
Does routine apartment walk-throughs.
Qualifications
High School or GED graduate. One year work experience preferred.
Demonstrate the ability to understand basic principales of alcohol and drug addiction and treatment.
Must possess valid Tennessee driver’s license and be able to obtain an F-endorsement.
