Job Summary

Greater Nashville REALTORS®, a 6,200-member REALTOR® trade association, is currently accepting resumes for the position of Membership Manager. Reporting to the Membership Director, the Membership Manager serves as the association’s main contact for membership applications, renewals and updates.

Job Responsibilities

  • Process new member application data and dues payments, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
  • Know all national, state and local REALTOR® organization requirements and policies and ensure correct application processing.
  • Assist Membership Director with Greater Nashville REALTORS® annual member dues billing process, assuring timely schedule of billing, correct payment process and addressing non-renewing members.
  • Update current member data as needed and requested.
  • Provide back up to Membership Services Coordinator/Receptionist at front desk for lunch and other breaks as needed.
  • Keep Membership Director informed of any opportunities or concerns based on observation of daily workflow.
  • Support all Greater Nashville REALTORS® initiatives, regardless of department.
  • Assist with association events onsite and offsite as needed.
  • Support Membership Director as needed.

Qualifications

Greater Nashville REALTORS® is seeking a friendly, customer service focused team member. Must be a detail-oriented problem solver. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with database systems and willingness to learn and operate our association management database software. Experience with a trade association and/or the real estate industry a plus. Cannot have an active real estate license as this would be a conflict of interest.
