Job Summary
Part-time position stationed at the Franklin Meals-On-Wheels site. Duties associated with the position include monitoring food temperature, packing and serving meals, ensuring the cleanliness of the site, completing reports and other documentation, assisting with daily paperwork, and outreach to the senior community. Approximately 10 hours per week. Anticipated hours Tuesday and Thursday, 8am-1pm.
Job Responsibilities
When necessary the applicant may deliver meals to homebound clients. Occasionally required to cover as backup relief at the Triune Meals-On-Wheels site.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED; clean background, driver’s license, reliable transportation, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task & prioritize job related activities, accuracy and attention to detail. Basic computer skills required and an interest in working with older adults.
