Job Summary
Full time position located at the Nashville Meals-on-Wheels office. Responsibilities include providing direction, supervision, and support to field staff of the Meals-on-Wheels program across multiple counties. Completing outreach activities, building and maintaining relationships with community, partners, funders, and sites. Providing back-up to both site and office staff as needed.
Job Responsibilities
Job duties require strong organizational, interpersonal, decision making, and problem solving skills.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Food Services, Nutrition, or closely related field. Up to 3 years of general business experience plus 3 years of supervisory experience managing groups of employees and volunteers across a diverse geography. Health Department food service course certificate, valid TN driver’s license, and auto insurance required.
