Job Summary
Full time position overseeing operations in Rutherford, Sumner, Trousdale, Williamson, and Wilson Counties.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include providing direction, supervision, and support to field staff of the Meals-on-Wheels program across multiple counties. Completing outreach activities, building and maintaining relationships with community, partners, funders, and sites. Providing back-up to both site and office staff as needed.
Job duties require strong organizational, interpersonal, decision making, and problem solving skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Food Services, Nutrition, or closely related field. Up to 3 years of general business experience plus 3 years of supervisory experience managing groups of employees and volunteers across a diverse geography. Health Department food service course certificate, valid TN driver’s license, and auto insurance required.
