Job Summary

The Managing Director of HealthPass will be responsible for overseeing Faith Family’s new, innovative program and should implement business strategies that lead to immediate and successful execution and outcomes. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this position will lead, support, develop, and promote HealthPass and will create continued awareness of Faith Family Medical Center. HealthPass by Faith Family Medical Center is an affordable, membership-based direct primary care solution enabling employers to provide high quality healthcare to their employees at a fraction of the cost of traditional healthcare. HealthPass opens the door for small businesses and nonprofits to give their employees access to our team of skilled and caring clinicians. HealthPass expands on Faith Family’s mission by increasing access to and increasing engagement with more hard working, but uninsured Middle Tennesseans by partnering with employers to offer their employees an affordable alternative to marketplace insurance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the HealthPass program including full implementation and growth. • Manage all aspects of HealthPass to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives. • Report on project success, criteria results and key metrics. • Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence. • Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for Faith Family. • Oversee Director of Patient and Community Engagement, including any future team members of this program. • Adhere to and monitor program goals. • Monitor budgetary goals and objectives, including revenue targets and expense control. • Monitor and report key performance indicators on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. • Create continued awareness and promotion of Faith Family Medical Center’s services and programs. • Other duties and assignments as deemed necessary

Qualifications

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. • Proven track record as a successful program director/manager. • Experience managing teams through long, complex program implementations. • Knowledge of current program management methods and best practices. • Ability to construct and manage an operating budget within the organization’s overall budget parameters and guidelines. • Excellent data analysis and reporting skills. • Ability to systemize procedures in an electronic form, using Office 365, Salesforce, and other software platforms that would be advantageous to workflow. • Strong problem solving, negotiation, and communication skills. • Clear entrepreneurial vision: one who is able to think about the big picture and be able to see the potential with HealthPass and overall patient growth for the clinic. • Proven ability to develop and manage a strong team. • Proven ability to discern and communicate a clear vision for growth. • Must be able to communicate a clear vision and be able to provide a hands-on approach in the early stages of development. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Professional written and communication skills, as well as strong public speaking skills a must. • Must possess strong commitment to team environment dynamics with the ability to lead and follow senior leadership directives. • Highly ethical with a high level of integrity, self-motivation, and reliability. • Able to interface easily with clients, staff, vendors, funders/funding sources, leadership, and board committees. • Ability to work flexible hours. • Exceptional customer service skills.
