Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead Teacher at our Franklin location on Brightstone’s campus who loves working with adults on the Autism Spectrum.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Create lesson plans and the day-to-day structure in the day program
• Development of trainee support plans
• Weekly communication with families
• Collaboration with all staff members about the day program development
• Lead parent and teacher meetings

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in the education or psychology field
• Proven experience in working with individuals with ASD
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Creativity in accommodating a diverse set of needs for individuals with ASD
