Job Summary

 

The position is responsible for the maintenance and enhancement of software platforms for Parthenon Management Group and all its clients.

Job Responsibilities

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, include the following but are not limited to:

• Development of Association Management Platform
• Integration of AMP to Client Websites
• Support onboarding new clients
• Actively seek ways to improve business operations with software development

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, include the following but are not limited to:

• Assist with database reports and excel data manipulation.
• Assist with onboarding of new team members, including setup of new hardware and accounts.
• Ability to assist and troubleshoot crucial issues outside of regular business hours.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, Training program or experience as a full-stack developer, understand core components of software development.
• Working on an Agile/Scrum Team or some form of software development project management
• Ability and enthusiasm for quickly learning new technologies.
• Experience with a JavaScript Framework
• HTML and CSS to deliver user interfaces
• Comfortability in working in a relational database and making data model changes.
• Experience Building REST or GraphQL Backends
• Ability to communicate and assist staff in the office with technology-related issues.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at one time
• Experience working with a variety of development technologies such as React/NextJS/Nuxt/Vue, Ionic, NodeJS, Python, PHP (WordPress), and Postgres
