Job Summary
Mercy Multiplied, a Christian residential home for women, comprised of four U.S. homes, has an immediate opening for an Intake Coordinator (Part-Time) at our corporate office located in Nashville, Tennessee.
Mercy Multiplied is dedicated to help young women break free from life-controlling behaviors and situations, including eating disorders, self-harm, drug and alcohol addictions, unplanned pregnancy, depression, sexual abuse, and sex trafficking. Our program is voluntary, biblically-based, and free of charge to young women ages 13 to 32. It uses proven methods, lasts approximately six months, and features a multi-dimensional approach to heal body, mind, and spirit.
Job Responsibilities
• Processes applicant information as received in the office and assesses an applicant’s ability to thrive in a residential program
• Conducts application reviews and phone interviews
• Conducts average of 2-4 initial calls per day
• Conducts average of 3-5 interviews per week
• Facilitates referral calls as needed for applicants whose needs are outside of Mercy’s scope of practice
• Assists in providing referrals through email and phone as needed, for applicants in process
• Available to participate in and/or lead any additional projects or assignments as requested by Intake Supervisor
Qualifications
Reports to: Intake Supervisor
Education: Master’s level clinician in the areas of counseling, social work, or psychology. Prior experience in a medical/clinical setting is required.
Skills: Phone, computer, typing, organizational, time management, accuracy with details and excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Must have a thorough understanding of, and dedication to, the vision and scope of practice of Mercy Multiplied, along with demonstrated Christian work ethics.
