Job Summary
Adult Literacy @ NPL seeks a self-motivated individual with strong organizational and communication skills to plan and execute an in-personal social event for the Middle Tennessee Adult Education Symposium (October 19-26, 2021). Performs related duties as required. Position reports to Natalie Flammia, Professional Development Associate, Adult Literacy. This event takes place in-person on October 19, 2021. Work will take place virtually, with the exception of event preparation work that must be completed in-person. A successful applicant must have strong event planning skills. Experience working with the adult education community is preferred.
This is a short-term, part-time contract position. The contract term is August – October 2021. Compensation is $25/hr for an expected 10-18 hr/month. Start date as soon as possible, no later than August 23, 2021.

Qualifications
Required
