The position manages in-home services for eligible participants in the northwest

Mid-Cumberland area. The incumbent will provide oversight of daily operations ensuring compliance with existing governing regulations as well as operational guidelines and policies/procedures.  The incumbent will be responsible for Quality Assurance and Improvement as well as field assessments, reassessments and service plans.

This position requires regional and on-call responsibilities.   Mileage reimbursed at state rate, full benefit package.

Job Responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible for Quality Assurance and Improvement as well as field assessments, reassessments and service plans.  The incumbent will be responsible for creating and maintaining good working relationships with funding agencies, clients, staff, and the community at large.  The incumbent will be responsible for recruitment, job assignment, evaluation, discipline, and service scheduling.

Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited four year college with a Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Work, HealthCare, Gerontology, Nursing or related field with at least twenty-one quarter hours in behavioral health, social work, psychology, sociology, or home economics required; experience in program management and supervising the activities of support staff; strong decision making and organizational skills; significant communication and interpersonal skills; experience monitoring budgets; or any equivalent combination of education or experience.
