Job Summary
The position involves the management of multi-county in-home services for eligible participants. Position will supervise Davidson County. The incumbent must be able to provide oversight of daily operational aspects. Duties associated with the job include ensuring compliance with existing governing regulations as well as operational guidelines and policies/procedures. The incumbent will be responsible for creating and maintaining good working relationships with funding agencies, clients, staff, and the community at large.
Job Responsibilities
The incumbent will be responsible for all staffing within their service area including recruitment, job assignment, evaluation, discipline, and scheduling. The incumbent will complete field assessments, reassessments and service plans. The incumbent must possess significant organizational, interpersonal and decision-making skills for successful job performance. This position requires significant local travel and on-call responsibilities. The position is based in Davidson County.
Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited four year college with a Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Work, HealthCare, Gerontology, Nursing or related field with at least twenty-one quarter hours in behavioral health, social work, psychology, sociology, or home economics required; experience in program management and supervising the activities of support staff; strong decision making and organizational skills; significant communication and interpersonal skills; experience monitoring budgets; or any equivalent combination of education or experience.
