Job Responsibilities
This position will report to the Assistant Director of Human Resources, and will be instrumental in the coverage of various HR tasks including but not limited to FMLA, ADA, Employee Relations, and training.
Qualifications
The qualities that will make you the best fit for this position are:
- Ability to work closely and professionally with all levels of management and staff
- Experience in administering FMLA and ADA
- Experience in assisting with employee relations issues
- Experience with file audits
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to be agile
- Excellent technical skills
- Commitment to follow-up and follow-through
- Strong knowledge of and the ability to use Microsoft Office Suite
Education and Experience requirements:
• Requires a high school diploma or GED; Bachelor degree and/or relevant post-high school certification preferred.
• One (1) year of Human Resources experience required; 2 or more years preferred.
