Job Summary

Be PROUD of what you do:

You’ll join a mission-driven team and agency dedicated to supporting our clients. We have been entrusted with a 112-year legacy of doing good and have set forth a bold goal of ending poverty in our community. Our services are uniquely positioned to address a myriad of key factors that keep families from reaching their bigger, brighter future. We have identified five different areas, or pathways, in which our programs create impact: financial resiliency, education credentials, emotional resiliency, resource stability, and employment. And we’re growing our team to make it all happen! Though we are guided by our Catholic Faith, you do not have to be Catholic to join our team or receive services.

Job Responsibilities

You’ll get to…

  • Cultivate & Engage Donors: You will be a go-to connector for the agency, using your natural relational skills to really get to know what makes someone tick, where their interests lie, and how best to organically create a path for their involvement at CCFW. You will be running social algorithms to create “aha moments” for the perfect donor opportunities – from outside of the box volunteer opportunities to the perfect project for an individual to invest in.
  • Learn & Implement a Proven Fundraising Model: You will be given the Benevon® fundraising model as a tool that has proven results. You’ll take what’s great and find ways to personalize it with your own spin to create success. We’ll give you a backbone of events and opportunities to pull from, and you’ll create connections and community around it. You’ll self-start to make things happen.
  • Raise Resources to End Poverty: This is where the rubber meets the road! Your commitment to attaining your target goals will drive you to the finish line. You understand that a “no” today means a possible “yes” in the future. You will put into action the plan you have charted out and find high reward ways to enrich donor’s lives, get critical funding needed to end poverty in our community, and do so in a way that you are confident will result in a YES. You will have your own goal to be accountable to, and you will not stop until you get there.
