Job Summary
Finance Clerk for Leadership Music: the primary responsibilities would be to manage the financial needs of Leadership Music. This position reports to the Executive Director.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare financial statements, reports and budgets
- Generate invoices and track payments
- Reconcile bank statements
- Oversee and prepare for annual audit
- Prepare spreadsheets
- Manage tax preparation
- Other general office tasks as they arise
Qualifications
The ideal candidate is a proven team-player with strong work ethic and attention to detail. Other preferred qualifications include:
• 2+ years of Accounting or Finance experience
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Office, Access
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily agenda, and excel in a fast-paced environment
• Experience within a Business Management firm or other Music Industry experience a plus.
