Job Summary
Position: Facilities Manager
Hours: 30-40 per week, including Sundays
Compensation: DOE

Job Responsibilities
- Maintain building use calendar and access schedules, including key distribution
- Update security systems, virtual access, and cameras
- Foster positive relationships with users, vendors, and congregation
- Collaborate with users to address issues, repair needs, and contracts
- Manage property vendors and maintenance scheduling
- Handle fire, safety, and code inspections, coordinating with vendors
- Work with the Property Committee on repairs, budgets, and projects
- Coordinate safety procedures, training, and supplies
- Supervise approved repairs and verify invoices
- Maintain liability insurance and address related matters
- Coordinate weddings, staffing, and payments
- Manage janitorial supplies and staff
- Provide occasional administrative support
- Assist during Sunday activities and events
- Attend weekly staff and property committee meetings
Qualifications
- Independently manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Organize and prioritize effectively
- Flexible schedule availability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and basic AV equipment
