Job Summary

Children’s Advocacy Centers of Tennessee is seeking a progressive, mission-focused Executive Director. Located in Nashville, Tennessee, the Children’s Advocacy Centers of Tennessee (CACTN) is a statewide membership organization dedicated to helping communities, through local child advocacy centers, respond to allegations of child abuse in ways that are effective and efficient – and put the needs of child victims first.

Job Responsibilities

Successful candidate must have demonstrated abilities across a broad range of managerial functions including strategic planning, chapter management, fundraising, fiscal and grant management, relationship management, marketing and public relations. The ideal candidate must manage multiple priorities and work effectively with diverse constituencies (staff, members, donors, media, government officials, lawmakers, other nonprofits and funding resources). This person must be able to effectively develop and articulate the mission of CACTN to the community, resulting in increased partnerships and funds raised. 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher required with demonstrated experience running an organization of similar size and scope as CACTN.
