Job Summary

Camp, Service, Faith, Community. Mountain T.O.P. is seeking an Executive Director to lead impactful  mission experiences through summer camp (resident and day) and programs throughout the year.  Campers and participants from across the US partner with the local community through MTOP’s program  to address sub-standard housing through hands on mission. MTOP’s mission is “through Christian  community and faith-based relationships, we help meet the physical, spiritual, social, and emotional  needs of all the people we encounter.” The successful candidate will demonstrate a servant’s heart; a  passion for camp and retreats; engaging communication and energy; the ability to shape next generation  leaders; strategic, big picture leadership.
