Job Summary
Leadership Middle Tennessee (LMT) is seeking a visionary and strategic leader to join our organization as Executive Director. This full-time position is an incredible opportunity for an individual with a strong commitment to regional leadership development and community impact.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership, program oversight, and operational management.
- Foster strong community and alumni engagement.
- Drive fundraising and ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Represent LMT across the region while promoting the organization’s mission and values.
- Collaborate with the Board of Directors to achieve long-term strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership and program development experience.
- Proven track record in program management, fundraising, and development.
- Commitment to advancing regional leadership and collaboration.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and public relations skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
