Job Summary

Leadership Middle Tennessee (LMT) is seeking a visionary and strategic leader to join our organization as Executive Director. This full-time position is an incredible opportunity for an individual with a strong commitment to regional leadership development and community impact.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership, program oversight, and operational management.
  • Foster strong community and alumni engagement.
  • Drive fundraising and ensure fiscal responsibility.
  • Represent LMT across the region while promoting the organization’s mission and values.
  • Collaborate with the Board of Directors to achieve long-term strategic goals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership and program development experience.
  • Proven track record in program management, fundraising, and development.
  • Commitment to advancing regional leadership and collaboration.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and public relations skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Additional Information

Benefits

  • PTO: 5 weeks + state holidays.
  • $50/month cell phone allowance
  • Medical coverage is not included.
