Job Summary
Position: Director of Annual Fund and Alumni Relations, St. Paul Christian Academy
Reports to: Director of Development
Description: The Director of Annual Fund and Alumni Relations (“Director”) is responsible for St. Paul Christian Academy’s annual fund program and the development of an alumni and grandparent relations program. The Director develops, directs, and maintains relationships with parents, alumni, grandparents, and friends for the purpose of deepening connections and engaging these constituents with the school and its mission.
Job Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develops and executes an annual fund plan that will lead to achieving both annual financial and participation goals
- Directs and manages annual fund programs and related volunteers
- Through both mass appeals and personal solicitations, the Director will focus on renewing and upgrading current donors, as well as ensuring a high participation rate of all constituencies in the annual fund
- Develops and maintains a comprehensive, measurable plan for alumni and grandparent engagement
- Recruits and trains parent, alumni, and grandparent leaders and volunteers
- Plans and executes alumni and grandparent events, such as alumni reunions and Grandparents’ and Special Friends’ Day
- Provides stewardship and fosters relationships among various constituencies to increase volunteer participation and financial support
