You can read behavior, pick up on cues, and address issues using gentle, loving, and direct methods. You have a heart to see people grow and transition into the life God has planned for them.
You have strong communication, administrative, and organizational skills

You can prepare and submit incident reports, maintenance requests, and communicate unusual conditions to the Senior Director of Ministries and/or Operations when appropriate. You are responsible for maintaining policy manuals and submit any suggestions or necessary changes to the Senior Director of Ministries for approval.
You are innovative and constantly looking for ways to improve
You are focused on the improvement of Key Performance Indicator metrics (KPI) and outcome development.
