Position Summary

The Development Information Manager is responsible for supporting Andrew Jackson Foundation’s philanthropic fundraising efforts by executing detailed high-level data management functions within the Tessitura CRM database.

Job Responsibilities

Accountabilities

1. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

  • Oversee and maintain pristine data integrity within Tessitura database by ensuring all donor, sponsor, and membership information is current and accurate, including contact details, relationships, contribution information, and communication records
  • Create, direct, ensure, and promote comprehensive departmental data standards for maximum accuracy and utility
  • Coordinate and conduct ongoing training and support for other members of AJF’s External Affairs team to aid the team better utilize Tessitura in achieving their individual goals
  • Monitor and perform daily top-tier reporting and data functions, including but not limited to:
  • Data entry, management, and support
  • Gift/pledge processing, acknowledgements, and mailing coordination
  • Accurate and timely reporting for tracking and benchmarking
  • Campaign structure creation
  • Lists, output sets, and extractions
  • Comprehensive reporting for FY audit purposes
  • Relationships and constituencies
  • Plans and steps management
  • Support External Affairs team with research initiatives
  • Process documentation, updating as necessary

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years data entry and management experience required; experience working within Tessitura CRM strongly preferred
  • Associate Degree required; Bachelor’s preferred
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively as independent contributor and as part of a team toward the organization’s goals
  • Excellent customer service skills
